Rolando Gimrack, Esquire is a corrupt lawyer that works for the Penguin.
History
Gimrack's moral leanings and connections give him the ability to make the police "misplace" evidence and, in turn, allow obviously guilty people walk free.
Gimrack was sent by the Penguin to rescue Gwen Altamont, Catwoman's friend, from police custody after she was caught with a stolen painting. When Gimrack came to defend her, the painting "mysteriously vanished", thus the police had no evidence to prosecute his new client.[1]
