Rongo is the Oceanic god of peace after war.
History
With the return of the gods of ancient Oceania every millennium, Rongo the jester was the mastermind behind the conflict in Eastern Europe instigated by his brother, the war god Ku. He would have succeeded had he not been struck down by Black Canary's super-sonic scream.[1]
Rongo and his siblings can merge into a giant of colossal power known as the Fiend With Five Faces.[1]
