Rosabelle Mendez is Pantha, a former member of the Teen Titans.
History
After leaving the Titans, she had a baby with her boyfriend.[1] She later joined Justice League Unlimited and was present when the Watchtower was attacked by Cyborg Superman.[2]

- Pantha was created by Marv Wolfman and Tom Grummett, first appearing in New Titans #93. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Pantha first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Catwoman/Tweety & Sylvester Special #1 by Gail Simone and Inaki Miranda.
