Doctor Rose Psychic was an experienced mage who shared a body with her boyfriend Doctor Occult using the Mystic Symbol of the Seven.
History
For some reason, Doctor Psychic couldn't be separated from Occult, or else she would perish.
At the start of the third year of Superman's Regime, Occult and Psychic were contacted by Batman to somehow disable magic-using Regime members Raven and Wonder Woman. The pair agreed and searched the world, making trades with other magicians, in order to get a weapon that could hurt Raven. When Occult and Psychic invaded Raven's dimension, Raven killed Occult, reducing him to a skeleton, and forced Psychic out of the body.
Though she and Constantine managed to subdue Raven, Rose realized she didn't have much time left without her boyfriend's assistance and managed to continue the mission to disable Wonder Woman. Landing on a beach somewhere in the Pacific, Psychic realized she had been double-crossed by Constantine and attempted to use her dying breath to warn Batman. She was unable to spit out a name.

- Dependency: Doctor Psychic has to share a body with her boyfriend Doctor Occult for some unspecified reason. If the two are separated, her body will eventually give out and die.
