"Rose Psychic" was a childhood friend of Dr. Occult and his assistant in his private detective firm.
History
On New Year's Eve in 1899, Rose and Richard Occult were to be sacrificed by a Satanic cult to the Demon Koth, but they were rescued by a member of a mystical group "the Seven", and were raised by the group.
After Dr. Occult died during a battle, Rose had bonded their souls together, resulting in them sharing one body, but Rose was later sent to Hell.
