Roskoffin was an enemy of Speed Saunders.
History
In the mid-1930s, in a farm house not far from New York City, Roskoffin transplanted a live human brain into a live gorilla, just to prove it could be done. It could, but it worked out badly for Roskoffin, who was last seen falling into New York Harbor, in the grasp of an enraged gorilla.

- This version of Roskoffin, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–1986 crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the 2022-2023 crossover event Dark Crisis. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
- This was the earliest interspecies brain transplant to take place in a DC Comic.
