Rot Lop Fan is a member of the Green Lantern Corps whose race doesn't possess sight.
History
The DC Universe heavily changed its continuity following the events of Flashpoint in 2011. While most characters saw massive changes to their origins and history, the Green Lantern mythos was widely exempted from these changes. Green Lantern-related characters should be assumed to have the same history as before Flashpoint unless and until stories contradict them.
He was attacked by members of the Blackstars as part of a plan involving Evil Star.[1]

- Rot Lop Fan was created by Alan Moore and Bill Willingham, first appearing in Tales of the Green Lantern Corps Annual #3. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Rot Lop Fan first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Lantern (Volume 5) #20 by Geoff Johns.
