Sam Hamm is an American screenwriter. He wrote the screenplay for the movies "Batman" and its sequel "Batman Returns". Because of that, he was invited to write a story in Detective Comics for Batman's 50th anniversary and thus, he wrote "Batman: Blind Justice".
