Samakand is a mythical city located in the city-state of Kamorak on the planet, Rann.
History
The city exists outside of the parameters of the normal space/time continuum and only appears once every twenty-five Rannian years. Many years ago, Adam Strange succeeded in trapping the alien invaders known as the Eternals within the fourth-dimensional realm of Samakand.
