Trivia

  • In "The Heart of a Star" story, it is implied that the conversation between the first Despair and Rao is an allusion to the Superman story. In fact, Despair questions Rao about maintaining life in an unstable world and the possibility of a solitary survivor to continually cry for the destruction of that world, with the simple objective of her reveling in all the despair resulting from the event.
    • This suggests that the death of Krypton was always meant to happen.
