Notes

  • This version of Sandy Kean, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths limited series. Even though versions of the character may have since appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
  • The original title of Sandy's series was Calling All Cars, Starring Sandy Kean and the Radio Squad, until More Fun Comics #19, when it was shortened to Radio Squad.
  • Sandy Kean's original partner was named "Jimmy Trent", but he dropped out of the strip after committing perjury in an important trial (More Fun Comics #19).
  • Sandy Kean later got a new partner, whose first name was "Larry" (More Fun Comics #23), and whose last name was not mentioned until some time after More Fun Comics #34. Some time between then and More Fun Comics #82, he picked up the surname "Trent".
  • Later stories (More Fun Comics #82, et. al.) give Sandy's surname as "Keene".[1]
