Sara Nakamura was the mother of Jay Nakamura and the President of Gamorra Island.[2]
History
At some point following the fall of Kaizen Gamorra, the previous dictator of Gamorra, Sara was elected president of Gamorra. Later, Henry Bendix, who, despite being a foreigner, suceeded her, winning the last elections the country would have. Revealing himself as a despotic ruler, Bendix made the former president disappear and kidnapped her son as one of the guinea pigs in his Post-Human project, turning people into super-beings with metahuman-like abilities.[2]
Jay managed to escape from Gamorra, but not his mother, who he didn't even know was still alive or not. However, US Senator James Henderson, who was caught by Superman (Jon Kent) after it was discovered that he was working with the Gamorran ambassador to the US to kidnap and traffic needy young people for Bendix's experiments, revealed to Jay that his mother was still alive.[2]

After recovering from Bendix's experiments, Sara was reinstated as President of Gamorra. As part of Amanda Waller's takeover of the island she ordered Bizzaro to confront President Nakamura, where she was pushed out of a window to her death.[3]
