Scare Tactics is a rock band composed of teenage monsters who escaped government custody. Scream Queen is lead singer, Fang is the lead guitarist, Gross-Out is the drummer and Slither played bass.

Trivia
- Writer Len Kaminski wrote and paid for the recording of a song said to be from the band. The song was to be included as a bootleg cassette in a promotion Scare Tactics fan club package. DC's marketing department shut down the idea.[1] The song was released later.[2]
