Scoop Scanlon worked as an investigative reporter for a newspaper called the Bulletin during the late 1930s and early 1940s. Working alongside him was his trusty photographer, Rusty James.


Abilities

Scoop Scanlan was an expert in the field of investigative journalism. As such, he likewise considered himself an amateur detective.
