Scooter is a teen musician who had a number of adventures in the small town of Plainsville.
History
As a young teenager, Scooter became a member of the British rock and roll band The Banshees. The Banshees quickly became international superstars. After several years of fame (but while still young enough to attend high school), Scooter quit the Banshees and went to live with his aunt Hatta in Plainsville USA, in an attempt to have a more "normal" life.

- Per Absolute Crisis on Infinite Earths (2006), this character is a denizen of Earth-Twelve.
- This version of Scooter, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
Trivia
- Initially, Scooter was designed to resemble Paul McCartney, but the resemblance lessened as the series went on and artists changed.
