Quote1 I always keep my promises! You have your reward! But unfortunately you know too much about the Metal Destroyer! And you are obviously not a man who can be trusted! All right, Boris! Quote2

The Scorpion is an enemy of the Blackhawk Squadron.

In 1949, the Scorpion attempted to disrupt an important world peace conference, by murdering many of the delegates. He had equipped himself with the only existing copy of the late Dr. Johansen's Disintegrating Ray, after murdering Johansen, and he used this to sink a passenger ship carrying many dignitaries to the conference. These diplomats were rescued by Blackhawk, working closely with the enormous seagoing escort that accompanied the sunken ship.

The Scorpion then attacked a series of government office buildings and atomic energy plants on land, inflicting massive destruction and loss of lives. Hoping to instigate a world-wide war, the Scorpion next attacked the Eastern European country of Svolska and destroyed a large number of big buildings, right in the heart of its capital city. Flying specially-built wooden jet fighters, the Blackhawk Squadron attacked the Scorpion's giant zeppelin, and destroyed it in mid-air. Neither the Scorpion nor his super weapon are thought to have survived.
