After the events of Blackest Night caused the end of the universe, Mister Miracle was one of only a few beings in the universe left without a Black Lantern Ring, due to his ability to escape them.

History

He worked with Sinestro, Lobo, and Dove to try and heal the universe using the Source Wall. However, the Black Lantern Darkseid convinced him that the act would kill his wife, Big Barda, while leaving Scott alive and alone. Miracle snapped, killing Dove to stop the process, being killed by Lobo in return.
