History
In the late 1930s, wealthy adventurer Tex Thomson formed an expedition to investigate some persistent stories about a mythical city that was closed to the world during a volcanic eruption. Thomson's research led him to seek the "Sealed City" in the volcanic area of Yukatrama, which was a largely unexplored region of the world. They found a rock, marked with a Maltese cross within a diamond, and when this insignia was pressed, the rock vanished, leaving a vast hole in what had seemed to be a solid stone cliff-face. Thomson and Bob Daley explored the exposed tunnel. They found a forest of palm trees, and a city, and met its ruler, the One-Eyed Gorrah.
