Brother Blood (real name Sebastian Sanger) was the former leader of the Church of Blood and the son of May Bennett and Trigon. He killed his own parents to become more powerful and destroy both Earth and Tamaran, but he was eventually killed by Starfire.

- The concept of Brother Blood was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez, but this incarnation of the character was also based in Sebastian Blood IX, created by writer Judd Winick and artist ChrisCross.
- Sebastian Sanger/Brother Blood was portrayed by Joseph Morgan as an adult, and by Charlie Zeltzer and Devin Ross as a teen.
