Notes
- The Plastic Man origin is based on the story in Police Comics #1 by Jack Cole; The 1988-1989 Plastic Man miniseries (which establishes Plastic Man's debut after Ronald Reagan's presidency) caused this story to become apocryphal; However, actual weight of evidence shows that the New Earth Plastic Man did in fact debut in the 1940s, and the miniseries itself can be considered apocryphal in New Earth canon.
