Selena was a witch who fought Supergirl.
History
She aspired to be a great sorceress and used the power of the Omegahedron when it fell into her hands in order to achieve that purpose. That brought her into conflict with Supergirl, who came from Argo City and track down and retrieve the Omegahedron. Though Selena attempted to imprison Kara forever in the Phantom Zone with her powers, Kara escaped and ultimately defeated the witch, causing her and her associate Bianca to be trapped by one of her own spells.
