Princess Selina was a student at Holliday College and member of the Holliday Girls who was the rightful heir of Pogolana, and thus targeted for assassination by her father's greedy cousin Countess Hatra who desired Pogolana's wealth for herself.

History

Selina's second cousin attempted to assassinate her while she was with the Holliday Girls, and while she was swiftly rescued the attack alerted her to the fact that her father was likely in danger. Wonder Woman offered to fly her home and help save her father, and Selina took her up on the generous offer. Hatra's insurrection was put down so swiftly, with the aid of the women of Pogolana, that Selina made it back to Holliday College in time to participate in the competition between the Holliday Girls and the boys from Starvard College scheduled for later in the day.
