The Seminary is a school located somewhere in the American Southwest, founded to train the next generation of superheroes.
History
The school is funded by the United States government's Parks and Forests Department and by Devonshire Foods. The government has invested in training its next generation of costumed agents, whereas Devonshire's intentions might be somewhat more spurious in nature.
