Semyaza is a servant of Raum.
History
He is charged with playing the lyre made of Izrafel's heart, and thus, make everyone who hear it, try to commit suicide.
He served loyally to his master, until the confrontation with the Doom Patrol, where he saw an opportunity to rebel, and seize the control of the army that Raum assembled. His plans where foiled by the patrollers, though.[1]
