Synopsis for "Victory at Sea"

While chasing a Nazi spy who'd been posing as a shoe shiner Wonder Woman runs into the office of Simon Slikery. Simon call the cops and accuses her of assaulting him and being a Wonder Woman imposter, and she manages to send a telepathic message to the Holliday Girls saying Simon is a likely enemy agent. She makes no attempt to resist arrest but the police refuse to listen to her, and when she asks for a lawyer they laugh and put her in a straight jacket saying she's going to a an asylum. When she finally runs out of patience with their incompetence she breaks the bars on her cell to go back up the Holliday Girls who have been caught aboard Slikery's yacht.
