At a school a young boy named Will is bullied for dressing up as Wonder Woman for the school's Superhero Costume Day but the children are interrupted when the Blue Snowman launches an attack on the city, engulfing many in ice. Will helps his bullies escape from the Blue Snow for a short while before Wonder Woman arrives and tries to battle the Blue Snowman only for herself to be frozen. Before the Snowman can kill Wonder Woman, Will tries to stand them down and persuade the Snowman to stop hurting people. While unsuccessful, Will buys Wonder Woman enough time to break free of the Blue Ice and overpower the Blue Snowman who she chastises for choosing to hide behind a supervillain costume rather than being her true self and help people with her intelligence. Wonder Woman later meets Will who asks if its okay that he feels better as himself when he wears her costume to which Wonder Woman encourages him by giving Will her diadem.
