Synopsis for "Forget Me Not"
This story is reprinted from Sensational Wonder Woman #1 (Digital) and Sensational Wonder Woman #2 (Digital).
Diana Prince is preparing meals in her home, while a voice calls out to her to come back. Just then, her husband Douglas returns home from a business meeting and tells her they will be celebrating during dinner. He states that his friends wanted to grab a drink with him, but he decided to take her out instead. Diana regrets not being able to prepare his favorite meal in time before he got home and states it is her duty to at least have good food ready for him. As she talks, she cuts her finger while chopping carrots. All of this however is just a dream, as the voice again calls for her.
Douglas calls out to Diana repeatedly and asks what happened. Noticing her cut, he tells her that she should be more attentive and notices her hands are freezing. He asks if they should call Dr. Morris, but she brushes the situation aside. She agrees with him that she was being clumsy and decides to take a walk outside with him to clear her head. While walking with Douglas, she notices a car coming towards a kid, who's trying to grab a ball. She grabs the kid and holds on to him tight, with the car crashing into her and being wrecked, which surprises everyone.
Douglas berates Diana for risking her life to save a kid and tells her that it is not her job, since she is just a woman. She however hears a strange noise and stops paying attention to Douglas' ramblings. Diana's dream-world soon starts shattering and she struggles to remember who she really is, as the voice tries waking her up and is revealed to be coming from Hawkgirl, who tells her to fight the man who's trapped her in the dream-state. As the dream-world collapses, Diana tells Douglas to let go of her hands. He tells her to be obedient to her since she's his wife, but she pulls away, stating she remembers who she really is.
Doctor Psycho meanwhile wanders through the halls of hospitals, trying to find Hawkgirl and Wonder Woman, and states they can't hide from him, warning that he'll permanently leave them mentally disabled. In another room, Hawkgirl tells the unconscious Wonder Woman that they don't have time and she must fight whatever Psycho did to her. Psycho however soon discovers their room and knocks away Hawkgirl's mace, after she warns him to free Diana from her dream-state. She however remains adamant about protecting Diana and states she will not allow him to get his hands on her.
Meanwhile in her dream world, Diana attacks the illusion pretending to be her husband Douglas. She realizes the world she is in is just an illusion, which transforms her back into her superhero disguise. After trying to find a way to escape, she spots a possible exit and flies towards it, but gets knocked down by Douglas. As she fights him and tries to escape again, Douglas grabs her and declares that she will never leave her. Diana then mockingly agrees and takes him with her through the exit. As she falls through the dream world, the illusion of Douglas shatters, and Hawkgirl's voice tells her to fight.
After completely remembering who she is, Diana regains consciousness and witnesses Doctor Psycho smash Hawkgirl with a door, in order to get to her. Hawkgirl then pounces on him, but he stops her in mid-air, and tries to put her in a dream-state like Diana. His hands are however soon tied up with the Lasso of Truth by Wonder Woman, who throws him out of a window of the second floor. After being subdued by the heroes, Psycho is arrested by the police. Hawkgirl then questions Diana about what he did to her, and she states she was trapped in a nightmare world where she was married, and the two fly away while joking about it.
