History
Smarty Pants' extra brains come from his parents. He doesn't explain how they got there but he claims he didn't kill them and actually, he saved them. He was one of several misfits and low-level supervillains recruited by Fire to come to Smallville for a rehabilitation reality tv program she had planned.[1]
