Synopsis for "Siege at Century Hollow"

"Century Hollow" is a science theme park built on Ellis Island, by scientists Jorge and Hannah Control. The park features a village size replica of the Earth's population represented by only a hundred Ex-Military robots. However, during a tour the robots defy their programming and become hostile, taking the park by force. Its up to the Manhattan Guardian to save the day!

Following Larry Marcus' death, Carla and Jake console her mother as she grieves. At dinner, Jake attempts to propose to Carla, but she stops him, stating that she doesn't enjoy Jake's dangerous adventures as "The Guardian", and that she preferred when he was safe after he quit the police force. Carla leaves Jake, stating that he should have saved her father's life instead of hers.

Above Century Hollow, Jake parachutes in to save the hostage tourists, destroying numerous robots in the process. He then encounters Hannah Control, who was with the tourists when the robots had attacked. Hannah explains that the park systems are somehow modeling a world where all of its inhabitants are "terrorists".

As the two fight more robots, Hannah believes that this outbreak has something to do with her husband Jorge, who she called a "pitiful bag of dead meat" earlier.

Suddenly, the group is saved by the "Newsboy Army Base-Jumping Crew", who assist in destroying the rest of the robots.

With the help of the authorities, it is revealed that after gassing all of the technicians working in Century Hollow, Jorge Control had unleashed a killer virus called a "Spartacus Code" that hacked the robots programming. He had done this all in order to kill his wife for turning his political reality project into a theme park.

After returning to the Guardian Building, Jake announces to Stargard that he wants to quit, only for Ed to respond by revealing that he is a deformed baby-man, and that he is going to tell Jake about the "Secret history of the Original Newsboy Army"!
