Synopsis for "Part One: The Last of Camelot"

The last day has come to Camelot. An unstoppable army of pale-skinned fairies has arrived from the "land of the Vampire Sun", King Arthur is dead, and the remaining knights of the Broken Table are facing a fight they cannot win.

Lancelot rallies the warriors, as they charge into certain death. Neh-Buh-Loh, hunstman of the Sheeda, wounds Lancelot, but the knight refuses to surrender, urging his brothers to fight on.

Above the battle lies Castle Revolving, the fairies flagship, where Gloriana Tenebrae, queen of the Sheeda, watches the harrowing of Avalon unfold before her.

In the bowels of the fairy castle, Sir Ystin, schoolboy of Avalon, and his winged steed Vanguard, are sneaking through the defenses. Armed with a "true lantern", they are able to weaken the zombies the castle sets to stop him.

Finding the main chamber, Ystin sees the Cauldron of Rebirth, which can turn the tide against the invaders. Inside the cauldron, Ystin finds Olwen, one of his allies who had been captured by the Sheeda.

However, the two are met by Gloriana Tenebrae, who welcomes the young knight to the castle. She wears the sword Caliburn Ex Calibur, despite not being able to wield it. Ystin grabs it from her and stabs her with it, but she escapes by flowing into the substance of the castle itself. He helps Olwen up, but she stabs him, revealing herself to be a changeling of the Sheeda.

Vanguard knocks her over while Ystin grabs the cauldron and throws it through a nearby window. The two fly out of the castle to catch it before it hits the ground, but Gloriana shouts that they have no idea what they're doing. Castle Revolving is actually a Time Ship, that is constantly "revolving" through time.

Ystin emerges from the castle over Los Angeles. The culture shock alone stuns Vanguard so that they both hit the ground. The police arrive and arrest Ystin for causing a disturbance, dismissing Vanguard as a bad surgical case. Before he has stood on his own two feet for five minutes, Ystin has already been shunted 10,000 years into the future.
