Shadowspire is a secret military organization with connections to governments and cartels on multiple continents. Their leader is the ex-Nazi super-villain Baron Blitzkrieg. They originally appeared as antagonists to the mercenary Deathstroke. Shadowspire was created by Tom Joyner and Mike Collins, first appearing in Deathstroke #53. (1995)
