The creature known as Shaggy Boy is an alien from a distant planet who idolized the Aquaman villain Shaggy Man.

History

He joined with other children who idealized Earth super-villains and called themselves the Gang: Rex Luthor, Joker Jr., Ice Princess, Kid Deadshot and Brainiac 6. The Gang traveled to Earth where they started destroying parts of Metropolis. This earned the attention of Robin and Superboy who attacked the group, before being easily dispatched by Kid Deadshot and Shaggy Boy.
