Synopsis for "Ibac Meets Aunt Minerva!"

In Buffalo this time, Sivana kidnaps Stanley Printwhistle to try to get an ally against Captain Marvel after all the schemes on his tour that've been foiled already. Printwhistle's uncooperative, having given up crime after reawakening in the 70's. However, Prince Lucifer appears to bequeath a power-up to his creation, and faced with the presence of the prince of darkness himself, Printwhistle says "IBAC" and transforms.

Sivana reveals he's also teamed up with Aunt Minerva for this scheme, who's immediately infatuated with Ibac. Rather than work with her, the terrified villain runs off to stir up some trouble and lure out Captain Marvel. It so happens Marvel's already volunteered to do some charity work upstate, so only Uncle Dudley's around to try and counter Ibac's rampage. Trying to bluff the villain, Dudley fails to intimidate Ibac, but luckily for him, Minerva shows up then and succeeds, sending Ibac running. He finds a barrel by the side of Niagra Falls full of scientific equipment, puts it back in the hideout so Sivana won't be mad, and hides in the barrel. Sivana then comes along and kicks the barrel into the river, thinking it still holds the bomb he plans to use to destroy the national landmark.

A dazed Ibac comes out of the barrel at the bottom of the falls, but is caught by Minerva again. He flees to Dudley and begs for help. Having once been the target of Minerva's wooing himself, Dudley agrees even the hellspawned villain doesn't deserve that. He fires up the Eterniphone and asks Solomon for advice, with the wise king quoting Proverbs 15:23 at them. Meanwhile, Captain Marvel finishes up his charity work and flies back. Seeing Ibac within arm's reach of Uncle Dudley, Cap attacks him, only to find himself surprised by how much of a fight Ibac's able to put up after getting his power increased. Minerva catches up to them again, but Ibac figures out what Solomon meant, and the word he needs to say to get out of this mess: his own name.

Minerva has no interest in the harmless Printwhistle, but Sivana comes along then too, horrified when he realizes what all that shaking was about. Especially since the titanic battle set off his bomb, which was in his hideout, which is obliterated along with all his escape devices. Cap arrests Minerva and Sivana, who vows to escape and bedevil the hero in Pittsburgh.
