Synopsis for "Where In The World Is Billy Batson? Finale"

With no superpowers to help his friends with, Freddy runs across the subway, trying to get help. The mysterious girl he met earlier uses her graffiti to take Freddy to the Rock of Eternity. There, Freddy finds a yellow lightning bolt similar to the one that adorns the Captain's uniform. He touches it and gets struck by lightning.

Mary attempts to stop the invading army of monsters all by herself. Fortunately for Mary, help arrives in the help of Dudley and the van driven by Tawny. King Kull, observing the situation from underground, complains that his soldiers aren't advancing as fast as he had hoped, which is why he must turn to his benefactor's ally Evil Eye—the mysterious graffiti artist—for further assistance. Evil Eye expands her magic across a huge portion of the city and a mountain containing the Submen grows across the streets. Mary attempts to collapse the mountain and keep the Submen from escaping, but it's a temporary solution.

Meanwhile, in a different dimension, Billy and the boy he tried to save run are chased by one of the Submen. They come across a pile of dead gods, which the boy recognizes as his family. He failed to protect them but Billy attempts to console him and says that he is just boy making the most out of a bad situation. The boy agrees and reveals himself to be Zeus and this entire dimension is composed of his own memories. He tells Billy of his fight with his own father, Cronus. Back then, Zeus was scared of what could happen if he was defeated, but that fear motivated him to seize victory because he wanted to protect the people he cared about, much like Billy has been trying to protect his family. It might be hard to believe for mortals, but gods can indeed feel pain and suffering. As the Captain and the Conclave of Shazam appear before them, the Captain explains to Billy that he was always Billy himself, only with the experience of adulthood.

Shazam is proud that, despite his own insecurities, Billy still became a hero in his own right and proved that he was worthy of the power he was given. He admits that he was wrong to take away Billy's autonomy and asks him to become the champion again. Billy accepts and says the word. In a strike of lighting, Shazam lives to fight again.

Shazam summons a lighting storm to destroy the mountain and dissipate the monsters, but Kull refuses to return to the darkness of the underground and attacks him. Suddenly, a fourth combatant arrives into the battlefield. It's Freddy and he has somehow regained his powers.
