The Wizard (real name Shazam) is the cynical and gruff sorcerer, former ruler over the Rock of Eternity, and a powerful ally to the Shazam Family.

• Magic
  • Electrokinesis: The Wizard is capable of projecting and controlling lightning using his staff.
  • Power Distribution: The Wizard can choose champion to be blessed with the Living Lightning, allowing them to become champions and grant them powers based upon aspects of seven gods whose names can comprise the aconym word "SHAZAM".
  • Immortality: As a wizard, he cannot be killed by any ordinary means, and when he seemingly passed away, the wizard instead returned to Mount Olympus.
