Shilandra Thane (New Earth)

Shilandra is the sole survivor of a planet that was decimated by a nuclear war. She is always on patrol in her sector and when she runs across warring parties she acts as a mediator. She is not in favor of the change in the Guardians' laws that now allow lethal force. She has attempted to initiate a movement against those new laws but she has been unsuccessful in making any change.^[1]
