Herald Shrra was an angel who reincaranted as Hawkgirl.
History
She served The Presence; in her role as its Herald, she sensed something that was good in Ktar Deathbringer, servant of the Lord Beyond the Void and decided to save him by reaching out and making herself visible to him despite the great slaughter he committed. So they were cursed by The Presence to reincarnate across space and time alongside until they saved as many lives as Ktar took during his time as the Lord Beyond The Void's servant.[1]
