- Sixpack was created by Garth Ennis and John McCrea, first appearing in Hitman #9. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Sixpack first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batman and Robin (Volume 2) #27 by Garth Ennis and John McCrea.
