History

Dr. Simon Jones was experimented on by the LuthorCorp financed Project Ares. As a result, Jones developed mental abilities. However, the experiments also caused his brain to grow too big for his head. In 2001, Jones went after Lex Luthor, but was stopped by Superman and Impulse.
