Simon Morrison

Simon Morrison was a serial killer from Star City known as Prometheus. He was born due to the affair between the businessman Justin Claybourne and his mistress; Amanda Morrison, and has a vendetta against Green Arrow after he killed his father. Eventually, Morrison took on the fake identity of Adrian Chase and married Doris Brinkley. He was trained by the former leader of the League of Assassins; Talia al Ghul, and and became a district attorney in Star City, while he began his crusade against Green Arrow in order to destroy the vigilante's life. Even though an original creation to the Arrowverse, Morrison adapts some elements from the DC Universe characters Prometheus and Adrian Chase.

Simon Morrison was created by Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim, first appearing in the Arrow episode Legacy (2016).
