Siphon was a member of the Freak Show, a team of super villains financed by Lillian Hawkes.
History
Before becoming a super human, Siphon worked at Hawkes Industries after being released from prison. He met his associate Max Castle, who developed a way to grant people superpowers. Together, the Freak Show worked for Lillian Hawkes in the shadows of Hawkes Industries.
They fought Green Lantern on three occasions, first when Siphon and Castle robbed a technology fair in Chicago and the hero intervened[1], then again when the whole team attacked him in retaliation for his earlier interference[2], and one last time when Green Lantern found their connection with Hawkes Industries, but they were defeated and imprisoned.[3] Siphon has not been seen since.

Powers
- Energy Absorption: Siphon is an energy leech who can drain power from anything, including Green Lantern's power ring.
- Energy Projection: After absorbing energy, Siphon can then project the energy as energy blasts.
