The Sixth Dimension serves as a 'Multiversal Control Room' which stands at the very top of the Multiversal scale.

History

The Sixth Dimension is the highest plane of existence and final realm of the Multiverse.[1][2] Mister Mxyzptlk described this realm as the control room of the Multiverse, standing at the top of everything and closed off to all but the few most powerful beings.[3] A realm for things beyond the imagination of almost all living beings, where the Multiverse was designed and set into motion.[4] The happenings of the Sixth Dimension are imperceptible to the timeless perception of Mister Mxyzptlk, and when Superman ventured into Mister Mxyzptlk's portal to the Sixth Dimension, Batman was unsure whether Superman would be absent for months, years, or decades since the Sixth Dimension is outside of time.[5]

The Sixth Dimension has been described as beyond comprehension, where everything falls except the truths that were never meant to be seen. Perpetua, the mother of creation, with her three children: the Over-Monitor, the Anti-Monitor and the World Forger are the only four beings known to reside in the Sixth Dimension.[6] If, by some extreme circumstance, any of the four residents are destroyed, they reform in the Sixth Dimension. This place is usually impossible to access for a lesser being unless the Multiverse is threatened, such as a breach in the Source Wall allowed Mister Mxyzptlk to open a door to the Sixth Dimension, an act that took a large chunk of his energy.[7] The Sixth Dimension is where all of time exists at once, while the Fifth Dimension is where time has the energy to create infinite possibilities.[8]
