Skizzle Shanks was a Chicago mobster and ally of the criminal Eel O'Brian.
History
During the takeover of Earth by the Crime Syndicate, groups of organized criminals gathered in Chicago to form bribes for the Syndicate. Though the new overlords invited costumed evil-doers to rule the Earth, Skizzle and his fellow gang members were not sure their organizations were included in the offer.
While their crime bosses talked, the meeting was ambushed by Owlman, who sought to exterminate petty crime, and killed Skizzle with a blow to the head.
Notes
- Skizzle Shanks was created by Jack Cole, first appearing in Police Comics #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Skizzle Shanks first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Justice League (Volume 2) #25 by Geoff Johns and Doug Mahnke.
