Skizzle Shanks was the first of many criminals brought to justice by Plastic Man.
History
Operating in Mammoth City in the early 1940s, gang leader Skizzle Shanks was an all-around back-stabbing double-crossing lowlife, and when his henchman Eel O'Brian had a serious industrial accident on one robbery job, simply abandoned him for the police to catch. Shanks was the first man that Plastic Man arrested after he gained super powers.
Notes
- This version of Skizzle Shanks, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–1986 crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the 2022-2023 crossover event Dark Crisis. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
