History
Deathstroke was responsible for the attempted murders of many Teen Titans throughout his world's history. He later pays for his crimes by being tortured by Raven and Cyborg. When saved by Green Lantern of another world, he vaguely hints at a higher power behind the former Titans' aggression. He leaves Hal and confronts Lex Luthor, telling him he wishes to become an Insurgent and aid in taking down Superman.
When Cyborg of an alternate world is accidentally teleported to the Regime universe, Slade fights Victor but is defeated. Slade later works alongside Victor to infiltrate the Justice League Watchtower and gain access to its teleporter system. Deathstroke leaves Cyborg and takes down the Flash and Shazam before disabling safety mechanisms in the Watchtower reactor. The Watchtower is set to explode in 90 minutes, shortening the rescue mission. Luthor contacts Slade and Victor, telling them there is a piece of experimental technology that would allow Luthor to re-weaponize Batman's Kryptonite. Deathstroke defeats Killer Frost and Wonder Woman to acquire the technology.
"Single Player: Battle" Epilogue
With Superman's Regime toppled, new governments formed to take its place. New governments meant new customers for Deathstroke, and business was booming. Soon, there were more assassinations to carry out, revolutions to aid, and unrest to create than he could manage on his own.
The One Earth Regime's Elite Troopers having committed atrocities in Superman's name, had gone into hiding from a populous bent on revenge. Impossible for most to find, but not for Deathstroke. Recruiting these renegades, he formed the new Titans, the world's premiere political assassins.
