Slick Skeener was a member of the Sly Fox Mob who took over leadership after the arrest of Crime Brain Doone.
History
After Slick took over the Sly Fox Mob he arranged for Steve Trevor's death by tricking a child into shooting Steve in the back with a loaded gun, which the kid thought was unloaded. Steve was quickly taken to be healed at Paula's secret laboratory by Wonder Woman. When the police arrested Wonder Woman for taking Steve's "body", and allowed them to use her own lasso to bind her to prove she was submitting to arrest, Slick used the opportunity to kidnap her and tie her to a post that would be submerged at high tide. This backfired on him as it revealed his involvement in Steve's shooting and Wonder Woman captured him and dismantled his mob when she escaped.
