Slime Killer (Earth-One)

After losing his wife and one of his sons to gang violence, Mr. Davis donned a costume and haunted gang members in Suicide Slum. Black Lightning tried to stop him, but to no avail. It wasn't until Davis' son Jon recognized him and persuaded him to let go of his vengeance that he turned himself in.
