Synopsis for Jester: "The Jester Is a Heel"
Detective McGinty finds himself charged with babysitting his nephew, who runs off and becomes an accessory to a pair of thieves trying to steal a diamond necklace. He finds himself immensely dislike the Jester when the hero tries to stop his "fun". In the end, McGinty's sister finds her brother, covered in filth from chasing the kid down, with his hand around the boy's neck. She quickly erupts into a firebrand demanding Chuck Lane arrest the man, and that as soon as she finds her brother, he'll throw the book at the violent lowlife. Having no will to resist such an angry woman, Lane puts McGinty in a cell as she orders.
