Synopsis for The Jester: "Visitor's Day"
Another case against gangster Smug Stromboli is thrown out because of the tricky tactics of his crooked lawyer, Loogey. The Jester spies on them to try to upset their next plan, which turns out to be actually inviting a witness in and telling him everything about their upcoming crime, then to discredit him as a witness later on account of being shell-shocked from fighting in WWI. Jester decides the only way to thwart such a scheme is to catch them in the act and make sure they can't get away so there'll be no room for doubt. When Stromboli and his gang try to rob an armored car, their would-be discredited witness is hiding in the back compartment, guns down their minions, and holds Stromboli and Loogey at gunpoint until the police can get there.
