The Sniper src

The Sniper was a recurring enemy of the Blackhawks.

In 1941 the now-nameless man known only as "the Sniper" was working for the Axis, running Allied blockades with smuggled weapons across the Atlantic Ocean. After the War, he hooked up with a western hold-up gang in the U.S. And in 1957 he was hired by certain political powers to assassinate Professor Kruger, who was at that time being safeguarded by the Blackhawks.
